After skipping 2024 and postponing the launch to 2025, Nothing seems to be making an unexpected move with the Phone 3, potentially returning to the mid-range segment despite its predecessor being positioned in the premium category.

Records from Geekbench have revealed that the base model of the Nothing Phone 3, identified by model code A059, will likely be equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 chip. This is a significant change from the high-end Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chip used in the Phone (2). The benchmark results show a single-core score of 1,149 and a multi-core score of 2,813, confirming the device’s position in the mid-range segment.
